Thank Your Received From Timber Ridge for the Foundations Classroom Grant
The Albany Public Schools Foundation board wants to thank Wells Fargo for their generous donation of $1,000 to the foundation to support local education. The foundation will allocate the gift to fund its classroom grant requests program.
“Even in the best of times we have more grant requests than funds available so you can imagine the requests we get now. This contribution will end up helping us meet some of that need,” said Ed Bock, the foundation treasurer.
Denise Boutell, a Wells Fargo banking store manager in Albany, presented the donation. She said that Wells Fargo believes “if our communities succeed, we will too. We share the foundation’s strong commitment to public education. Quality education is, undoubtedly, the most important investment we can make for our future.”
Thank you Wells Fargo for supporting the students in the Greater Albany Public Schools.
Thank you to Panda Express for the fundraising event they had for the Albany Public Schools Foundation. We also want to thank the community members who ate at Panda Express. The Foundation received 20% of their purchase if they presented the flyer.
